My Songs

Welcome to the Auditory Haven.

These are not performances. They are stories — held in music. This space exists for listening, for noticing what stirs, what steadies, what lingers.

Some of these songs live inside the reflections. Here, they’re gathered in their own room — so you can listen without context, return to one that stayed with you, and move at your own pace.

Faith Songs

Songs written from belief, doubt, grace, and the courage to keep showing up. These pieces come from prayer, questioning, worship, and the quiet decision to stay present — even when answers aren’t clear.

Abigail is a song inspired by Abigail- my favorite biblical story of quiet wisdom, courage and faith.

Nursing & Caregiving Songs

Stories from hospital rooms, long nights, quiet courage, and the people who carry others. These songs honor caregivers, patients, families, and the moments that rarely make it into words — but deserve to be remembered.

When it’s Your Name on the Chart The first song I wrote that opened this journey, born from my cancer story.
In-Between the Charts is a song for the care we give that never makes it into the chart.

In-Between Songs

Songs for the spaces we don’t have names for yet — love, loss, healing, waiting. This is the music of becoming. Of what happens between endings and beginnings.

Grace in High Winds is a song for moving forward with what you have, even when the wind hasn’t settled.

I Don’t Do Half Brave is a song about choosing completion- not perfection- and honoring the work it takes to see something through.

A Song Written for a Family

Sometimes a song is written not for release, but for remembrance. This is one example of how a story can be held in music.

John’s Song This song was written as a tribute for a dear friend and his family — a way to honor a life, and the love that remains.

Some songs aren’t released. They’re remembered.

If you’re wondering what your story might sound like, you’re not imagining something strange. This is how songs begin.

These are a small, curated selection of songs. Some live inside reflections on this site; others can be found wherever you listen to music.
